Lawyer, member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1987. He has extensive experience in Commercial Law (corporations, contracts, bankruptcy, family business and other related matters). He has participated in economic criminal proceedings. He holds a PhD in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and he is also professor of Commercial Law at several universities. He has published on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and the liability of directors.
