Criminal law and Compliance
We provide Legal Advice and Legal Defense services in all areas of Criminal Law, with a high level of specialization in Economic and Business Criminal Law (economic crimes, corporate crimes, crimes against Public Administration and Revenue Services). Commercial law
Commercial Law is one of the areas in which Mas y Calvet has traditionally specialized. We have proven experience in advising all types of companies, from their incorporation until their extinction. This advice is also directed, where appropriate, to individuals.

Il accompagne les dirigeants d’entreprises à l’occasion d’opérations d’acquisition, de licenciements économiques, de restructuration, et de négociation collective.

- Rafael Anson est avocat au barreau de Madrid depuis 1987.
Il a une expérience de près de trente ans dans tous les domaines du droit des sociétés et accompagne les sociétés dans leur gestion courante et sur les opérations capitalistiques et de restructuration.
Maîtrise en Droit par l´Univeristé Complutense de Madrid, il est également Docteur en Droit de cette même université. Sa thèse porte sur la Loi de Sociétés Anonymes de 1848.
Il a rédigé de nombreuses publications en Droit des Sociétes.
Il est membre de l’IBA (International Bar Association).
Enfin, il enseigne à l’IE Law School (Madrid), au Master de Droit Pénal de KPMG - l´Université Juan Carlos I (Madrid) et est Maître de Conférences en Droit des Sociétés (C.U. Villanueva. Université Complutense de Madrid).
- Cristina Sterling est avocat au barreau de Madrid depuis 1994.
Elle a une expérience de plus de vingt ans de la gestion de contentieux à caractère civil ou commercial assistant les clients à tous les stades du litige.
Elle intervient notamment dans les domaines d’activités suivantes: droit bancaire, droit des sociétés, droit des obligations, droit commercial général.
Maîtrise en Droit para l´Université Complutense de Madrid (CEU San Pablo), Titulaire du Master II de l´IE Law School – Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas (1992).
